Job Description
Jr. Graphic Designer creating digital, print, social, packaging, and wholesale assets for Vida Shoes International’s footwear brands. Supporting seasonal campaigns and product launches across multiple brands.
Responsibilities:
- Support marketing with design concept through implementation for specific Vida Kids brands
- Execute creative briefs for seasonal campaigns, selling tools, competitive research, and approved design work
- Create digital homepage and email assets, seasonal catalogs, social content, in-store displays, presentations, showroom design, packaging, and advertisements
- Execute marketing and promotional creative across multiple footwear and lifestyle brands
- Update and manage email campaigns using established templates and design systems
- Design sale assets, website banners, landing page graphics, and digital marketing materials
- Adapt campaign creative across email, digital, social, and wholesale channels
- Design and update wholesale presentations, line sheets, catalogs, and retailer-facing materials
- Support seasonal product launches and promotional campaigns
- Collaborate with the Senior Designer to implement creative direction and brand strategy
- Partner with Digital and Wholesale teams on business initiatives and sales objectives
- Maintain brand consistency across creative deliverables and customer touchpoints
- Prepare production-ready files for digital and print applications
- Organize and maintain creative assets, templates, and file management systems
- Assist with image editing, retouching, asset resizing, and production design needs
- Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines
- Ensure creative assets are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with business goals
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in graphic or brand design
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work within established brand guidelines
- Ability to receive creative feedback and execute revisions efficiently
- Comfortable handling a high volume of projects across multiple brands
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Strong portfolio demonstrating print and digital skills
- Figma proficiency required
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Microsoft PowerPoint experience
- Strong understanding of design principles for type, shape, color, and photography
