Job Description

Graphic Designer creating static ads for Meta platforms for a skincare brand. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop effective visuals and engaging designs.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality static ads tailored for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns based on creative briefs.
  • Understand and apply Meta ad formats, specifications, and best practices to ensure optimal performance across placements.
  • Develop multiple creative concepts for each campaign and iterate on designs based on performance feedback and team input.
  • Collaborate with marketing and performance teams to align visuals with campaign goals and audience insights.
  • Ensure all assets are on-brand, visually engaging, and ready for ad deployment across Meta platforms.
  • Support ongoing optimisation by analysing creative performance and suggesting enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience designing static digital ads, especially for Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing creative design concepts and execution for digital advertising.
  • Excellent understanding of Meta ad formats, dimensions, and guidelines.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or equivalent.
  • Ability to generate multiple creative ideas and iterate based on performance data and feedback.
  • Strong visual communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
