Job Description

Growth Program Manager driving strategic growth across enterprise and mid-market Continuum of Care. Focusing on expanding member utilization and deepening relationships with healthcare providers.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple growth programs across external stakeholders
  • Articulate program value and secure buy-in from both members and the Infusion/Specialty sales team
  • Mechanizing accountability and follow through
  • Own the planning, execution, reporting, and oversight of identified Infusion/Specialty growth programs within the CoC Infusion/Specialty portfolio
  • Build strong supplier understanding of current Infusion/Specialty contracts and foundational supplier relations with those firms
  • Articulate programmatic opportunities to leaders to ensure program buy-in
  • Access data sets relevant to each program
  • Execute on program priorities and growth drivers
  • Monitor and report on program progress and results
  • Act as subject matter expert working in the field/remote home office with the Regional Managers & Directors of Business Development
  • Cultivating new business as well as managing existing member business
  • Work cross-functionally to manage key relationships and secure commitment to key programs
  • Respond to clients quickly and correctly to ensure opportunities are actioned or escalated
  • Mechanize Infusion/Specialty accountability and follow through from roster management to supplier attachment
  • Update tracking tools and administrative reports such as CRM, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5 or more years of applicable experience
  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)
  • Business Analytics
  • Program / Project Management
  • Relationship Management
  • Supplier contract connection expertise with a major GPO
  • Account management in a matrixed organization
  • History of managing complex Infusion/ Specialty programs to drive growth
  • Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
