Job Description
GTM Engineer defining and building systems managing marketing journeys at Nebius Token Factory. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create automation and intelligence for GTM execution.
Responsibilities:
- Define and build the systems that manage and track the entire marketing journey for Token Factory
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Engineering to create visibility, automation, and intelligence for GTM execution
- Build and scale Token Factory’s funnel architecture across acquisition, activation, engagement, qualification, pipeline, and revenue
- Connect product telemetry, CRM systems, enrichment tools, and marketing data into a unified view of customer activity
- Define and evolve MQL, PQL, account scoring, routing logic, and sales handoff workflows
- Build dashboards and analytics frameworks to uncover bottlenecks and drive decisions
- Develop signal-driven workflows and automations for team prioritization
- Use AI and automation to improve GTM systems and optimize workflows
- Create operational rigor around lead routing, BDR SLAs, funnel health, and performance visibility
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience across GTM Engineering, Growth Engineering, RevOps, Product Analytics, Growth Operations, or similar roles
- Experience building systems that connect data, workflows, and customer signals across multiple platforms
- Strong SQL and analytics skills with a track record of turning data into action
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Clay, Demandbase, Hightouch, or similar platforms
- Experience building workflows, automations, or AI-powered systems
- Strong systems thinking and comfort operating in fast-moving environments
