Job Description

Healthcare Data Operations Analyst ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of data shared with Medicaid health plan partners. Supporting critical workflows and performance accountability in a growing Latino community.

Responsibilities:

  • Own data reconciliation and reporting workflows needed to submit accurate RTF/OTF files to Medicaid health plans
  • Gather, validate, and prepare data from multiple sources (EHR, eligibility files, outreach tracking sheets, care coordination documentation)
  • Identify missing or inconsistent fields and partner with Operations to resolve issues
  • Track submission schedules, confirmation receipts, and errors requiring follow-up
  • Maintain documentation including version control, change logs, SOPs, and reporting calendars
  • Monitor metrics such as outreach outcomes, data completeness, and submission acceptance rates
  • Collaborate with Product/Data teams to translate today’s manual workflows into future automation
  • Support one-off and recurring health plan data requests with accuracy and urgency

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience working with healthcare data in an operations or reporting capacity
  • Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel (vlookups, pivots, QA techniques)
  • Experience working with EHR or care-management data
  • Strong attention to detail — able to catch errors before they reach the payer
  • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with Operations and cross-functional teams
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment with evolving processes.
