Job Description
Hospital Coding Specialist ensuring accurate coding for various patient classes and compliance with guidelines. Position requires hospital coding experience and relevant certification.
Responsibilities:

- Assign hospital codes for outpatient encounters
- Maintain coding knowledge and participate in continuous learning
- Contact necessary personnel for coding accuracy
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Certification in RHIT, RHIA, CCS, COC-A, COC, CPC-H, CPC, or CIC
- One (1) year of hospital coding experience
