Job Description

Industry Advisor guiding healthcare and life sciences organizations using Icertis AI-powered contract intelligence. Shaping strategic deals, industry playbooks, executive communities and AI-enabled product solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Solution Advisory to lead executive discovery, workshops and presentations
  • Turn customer priorities into value cases, business cases and transformation roadmaps
  • Create reusable Healthcare value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer stories and executive conversation guides
  • Develop points of view on industry trends, regulatory developments and emerging technology
  • Represent Icertis at conferences, webinars and executive briefings
  • Create and lead roundtables, customer advisory boards and industry councils with senior leaders, partners and analysts
  • Bring customer and market insight to Product, Engineering and AI teams
  • Help build AI-enabled, industry-specific solutions
  • Use AI daily for research, customer preparation, analysis and content, applying sound judgment to its output
  • Share effective AI practices with peers
  • Cover healthcare and life sciences, including providers, payers, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, medical devices, diagnostics, healthcare services and healthcare technology

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in healthcare or life sciences, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering or business transformation
  • Deep knowledge of healthcare or life sciences business processes, operating models, regulation and market dynamics
  • Experience advising senior leaders such as General Counsel, Chief Legal Officers, CPOs, Chief Compliance Officers, CFOs, COOs and clinical, commercial or supply chain executives
  • Track record of connecting industry challenges to measurable business outcomes and value
  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and contracting processes
  • Practical, current use of AI in day-to-day work
  • Comfort learning and demonstrating enterprise software
  • Strong consultative selling, facilitation and storytelling skills
  • A bachelor’s degree
  • Nice to have: experience with CLM, legal tech, procurement tech or ERP transformation; ROI models and value frameworks; global system integrators, analysts and industry associations; advanced degree or relevant professional qualification
