Job Description
Industry Advisor shaping Icertis’s industrial go-to-market and AI-enabled contract solutions. Advising executives and translating industrial contracting challenges into measurable business value.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with Sales and Solution Advisory to lead executive discovery, workshops and presentations
- Turn customer priorities into value cases, business cases and transformation roadmaps
- Create reusable Industrial value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer stories and executive conversation guides
- Develop points of view on industry trends, regulation and emerging technology
- Represent Icertis at conferences, webinars and executive briefings
- Create and lead roundtables, customer advisory boards and industry councils
- Bring customer and market insight to Product, Engineering and AI teams
- Help build AI-enabled, industry-specific solutions
- Use AI daily for research, customer preparation, analysis and content
- Share effective AI practices with peers
Requirements:
- 10+ years in the industrial sector, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering or business transformation
- Deep expertise in at least one industrial segment and ability to engage across adjacent segments
- Experience advising senior leaders such as General Counsel, CPOs, CFOs, COOs and supply chain or operations executives
- Track record of connecting industry challenges to measurable business outcomes and value
- Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and related contracting processes
- Practical, current use of AI in day-to-day work
- Comfort learning and demonstrating enterprise software
- Strong consultative selling, facilitation and storytelling skills
- A bachelor’s degree
