Job Description

Industry Advisor guiding banks and financial firms on contract intelligence, AI, and transformation. Shaping strategic deals, industry playbooks, executive communities, and Icertis product direction.

Responsibilities:

  • Advise executives on strategic deals in partnership with Sales and Solution Advisory
  • Lead executive discovery, workshops, and presentations
  • Turn customer priorities into value cases, business cases, and transformation roadmaps
  • Create the Banking and Financial Services playbook, including value frameworks, use cases, benchmarks, customer stories, and executive conversation guides
  • Develop points of view on industry trends, regulatory developments, and emerging technology
  • Represent Icertis at conferences, webinars, and executive briefings
  • Create and lead roundtables, customer advisory boards, and industry councils
  • Bring customer and market insight to Product, Engineering, and AI teams
  • Help build AI-enabled, industry-specific solutions
  • Use AI daily for research, customer preparation, analysis, and content
  • Cover banks, insurers, capital markets firms, asset managers, payments companies, fintechs, and other regulated financial institutions

Requirements:

  • 10+ years in banking or financial services, enterprise software, management consulting, value engineering, or business transformation
  • Deep knowledge of banking, insurance, capital markets, asset management, payments, or fintech business processes and operating models
  • Ability to support adjacent industries
  • Experience advising senior leaders, including General Counsel, Chief Risk Officers, Chief Compliance Officers, CPOs, CFOs, COOs, CIOs, and third-party risk leaders
  • Track record of connecting industry challenges to measurable business outcomes and value
  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management (CLM) and contracting processes
  • Practical, current use of AI in day-to-day work
  • Comfort learning and demonstrating enterprise software
  • Strong consultative selling, facilitation, and storytelling skills
  • Bachelor’s degree
