Job Description
Information Security SME managing cybersecurity compliance and operational tasks for RTG. Responsible for protecting company's data and digital assets with established security framework.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce company-wide information security policies, standards, and procedures.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity controls and technologies across all environments.
- Monitor security incidents and respond to threats in real time.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability testing.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, NCA, and other regulatory frameworks.
- Manage SOC, IAM, and endpoint protection solutions directly.
- Lead awareness campaigns and security training for employees.
- Prepare and present security posture and audit reports to senior management.
- Act as the single point of accountability for all information security matters during the initial two years.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cybersecurity or information security management.
- Must hold at least one recognized certification: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer, or CEH.
- Proven ability to manage and execute end-to- end security operations independently.
- Strong knowledge of network, application, and cloud security.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English.
