Job Description
WBS TRAINING employee representing the area of security and protective services. Focusing on competency development of course participants in a home office setting.
Responsibilities:
- As an employee of WBS TRAINING, you represent your field with passion and foresight.
- In your role as a trainer, the primary focus is on developing the competencies of course participants.
- In your lesson design you see yourself both as a provider of input and as a support in the role of a learning facilitator — Learning 4.0!
- This includes: subject-specific teaching from the home office in the WBS LearnSpace 3D.
- Use of a variety of teaching methods for lesson design.
- Preparation and development of course-related learning materials according to the curriculum.
- Conducting assessments to measure competency gains.
- Excellent command of German as the language of instruction (C2 level).
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training and/or a degree in the security industry.
- Qualification as a Security Specialist (Fachkraft für Schutz und Sicherheit) as a minimum requirement.
- Possession of the IHK certificate of competence according to §34a of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO).
- Professional experience in the security sector.
- Experience as a trainer, lecturer, or teacher is an advantage.
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g. trainer certificate according to AEVO).
- Methodical and didactic skills in conveying teaching content.
- Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team.
