Job Description
Inside Sales Representative supporting MRAM orders, quotes, and customer operations for Everspin Technologies. Managing SAP entries, RMAs, reports, pricing, and cross-functional sales support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative and logistical support to the sales team
- Review, process, and enter orders; provide order acknowledgements
- Prepare quotes and maintain records
- Respond to customer inquiries and process order changes
- Generate weekly reports
- Confirm accuracy of quotes and SAP entries
- Support and maintain new customer setup policies and procedures
- Coordinate with Operations on changes, delivery information, urgent requests, and updates
- Coordinate with Quality on FA requests, quality surveys, product compliance, technical data inquiries, and audits
- Participate in yearly audits as needed
- Coordinate with Finance on credit requests, audits, and invoice issues
- Support RMA requests, update SAP details, and coordinate credits with Finance
- Assist outside Sales Directors
- Train and support inside sales team on systems, processes, and procedures
- Train outside Rep companies on systems and processes
- Generate, maintain, and distribute POS reports for Rep commissions; submit to Finance for monthly payments
- Maintain and distribute quarterly price books
- Create SCD forms for special customer part requirements
Requirements:
- 5+ years related experience
- RFP (Request for Proposal) experience
- Sales Administration experience
- Customer Relationship Management skills
- Quote Management experience
- Order Management experience
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in team environment
- Detail-oriented, organized approach to performing and reviewing work
- Commitment to core values of Leadership, Innovation, Communication, Persistence, Enthusiasm, and Respect
- Ability to continually utilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboard
- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items less than 25 pounds
