Job Description
Implementation Consultant for DentalMonitoring onboarding new customers and training dental teams. Building strong customer relationships and maximizing use of AI technology with 60% travel.
Responsibilities:
- Onboarding new customers and creating custom workflows tailored to the needs of each office
- Training new clinicians and dental teams to use the DentalMonitoring suite of solutions
- Nurturing existing customers to maximize benefits of DentalMonitoring technology and dashboard
- Building strong relationships with customers to endorse the DentalMonitoring brand
- Acting as a technical bridge between customers and DentalMonitoring platform
- Supporting and attending local trade shows
- Communicating with regional sales managers, customer success, inside sales, and sales representatives for best onboarding experience
- Influencing doctors and staff to adopt new protocols while alleviating customers’ hesitations
- Traveling up to 60% to train and support in person office implementation
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in dentistry and/or orthodontics
- Understanding of the conceptual sales approach
- Consultative, training and implementation experience
- Ability to build and maintain partnerships with internal and external clients
- High level of IT/computer science knowledge and strong interest in new technologies
- Ability to act diplomatically, demonstrate listening skills, empathy and influence your clients
- Proactive and ability to prioritize tasks and organize
- Independent, enthusiastic, and curious
- Team spirit
- Possess a car and a driver's license
