Job Description

Analytics Developer building BigQuery data models, pipelines, and reports for an AI-powered workforce SaaS platform. Delivering proactive insights and intelligent data applications for customer and internal decisions.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain user-facing reports to help customers understand their workforce and identify improvement opportunities
  • Develop and maintain data models and pipelines in Google BigQuery
  • Use partitioning and clustering to keep reporting fast and cost-effective
  • Apply statistical techniques to provide meaningful insights and support data-informed decisions
  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, Designers, and UX Researchers on feature analyses and ad-hoc data requests
  • Deliver reports that surface product insights
  • Review data schemas for new features to support future analytics needs
  • Provide constructive feedback during pull request reviews
  • Troubleshoot issues across the analytics stack, from data ingestion through the warehouse and semantic layer
  • Work with AI agent tools to automate workflows and surface insights
  • Contribute to the Data team’s shared knowledge base and stay current on emerging analytics and data-development practices

Requirements:

  • Based in Latin America
  • Strong English level
  • Degree in a quantitative field, or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role
  • Strong SQL skills
  • Hands-on experience with BigQuery and Looker
  • Experience with Python for scripting, data engineering, or pipeline work
  • Familiarity with Generative AI tools and LLMs
  • Working knowledge of data warehousing concepts
  • Solid foundation in statistics, including t-tests and linear regression
  • Ability to communicate clearly about data topics with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Good product and business sense
  • Experience building and managing projects within BigQuery Analytics Hub is considered a strong asset, but not mandatory
  • Knowledge of Java is considered a strong asset, but not mandatory
