Job Description

Social Media Intern focusing on Content Marketing and Customer Service at a fast-growing party supply startup. Responsible for creating engaging content and managing community interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Creation of social media content
  • Management of our community and customer service
  • Creation of engaging content such as DIYs and giveaways for our social media followers on Instagram, TikTok and Pinterest
  • Active expansion of UGC development and strengthening influencer partnerships
  • Point of contact for customer inquiries and advising prospective customers with decoration ideas via email and phone
  • Support with decoration projects at top locations and for influencers

Requirements:

  • You are enrolled in a degree program in Business Administration, Design, or Marketing
  • Ideally, you have initial practical experience in online & social media marketing and the e-commerce sector
  • You speak and write fluent German and are comfortable interacting directly with customers
  • You enjoy being in front of the camera, want to participate in our social media campaigns, and confidently contribute creative ideas
  • You are willing to pitch in, proactively approach people, and take a leading role in viral marketing activities
  • We prefer mandatory (course-required) internships and a minimum internship duration of 3 months
