Job Description
Social Media Consultant creating engaging content and managing social media in Mexico for Valtech. Aligning communications and building brand presence in the community.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for aligning company communications (social media, PR, and marketing) to build a strong brand identity, while acting as the first point of contact with the online community.
- Plan and execute communication campaigns across social media platforms.
- Create engaging content (text, images, and video).
- Respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
- Monitor metrics, comments, and online reputation.
- Coordinate with marketing and communication teams.
- Participate in events to strengthen community and brand presence.
- Stay up to date with digital trends.
- Build relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals.
Requirements:
- +3 years of experience in similar roles.
- Experience managing social media for brands.
- Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., forums, newsletters, ambassador programs).
- Ability to identify and analyze community and engagement metrics.
- Ability to interpret website traffic and user behavior.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and online channels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
- Upper-intermediate English level
