Job Description

Social Media Consultant creating engaging content and managing social media in Mexico for Valtech. Aligning communications and building brand presence in the community.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for aligning company communications (social media, PR, and marketing) to build a strong brand identity, while acting as the first point of contact with the online community.
  • Plan and execute communication campaigns across social media platforms.
  • Create engaging content (text, images, and video).
  • Respond to user comments and inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Monitor metrics, comments, and online reputation.
  • Coordinate with marketing and communication teams.
  • Participate in events to strengthen community and brand presence.
  • Stay up to date with digital trends.
  • Build relationships with clients, prospects, and industry professionals.

Requirements:

  • +3 years of experience in similar roles.
  • Experience managing social media for brands.
  • Experience launching community initiatives (e.g., forums, newsletters, ambassador programs).
  • Ability to identify and analyze community and engagement metrics.
  • Ability to interpret website traffic and user behavior.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and online channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related fields.
  • Upper-intermediate English level
