Job Description
Marketing Assistant for Boogie Team focusing on social media and creative content creation. Managing social media channels and supporting broader marketing initiatives remotely.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the company’s social media channels
- Plan and schedule content based on the existing marketing strategy
- Create engaging posts, graphics, captions, and simple video or reel content
- Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity across platforms
- Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages when appropriate
- Track social media performance and recommend improvements for reach and engagement
- Write clear, compelling, and on-brand copy for social media content
- Brainstorm content ideas, hooks, and creative concepts aligned with campaigns and promotions
- Assist with email marketing and advertising campaigns
- Help track marketing performance and campaign results
- Support digital marketing efforts including ads and promotions
- Organize marketing materials and maintain content calendars
Requirements:
- Experience managing social media for a brand or business
- Strong creative thinking and ability to translate strategy into content
- Basic graphic design skills using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools
- Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media analytics
- Experience creating graphics, simple videos, or reels for social media
- Strong copywriting and content creation skills
- Organized and able to manage tasks independently
- Good communication, time management, and reliability
- Interest in learning broader digital marketing skills such as email marketing, ads, and performance tracking
- Experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social platforms
- Familiarity with email marketing tools
- Basic knowledge of digital advertising and marketing analytics
- Ability to follow a marketing strategy and execute consistently
