Job Description
Creative and data-driven Social Media Manager for LatamCent's online presence. Develops strategies and engages audiences across multiple platforms with a focus on SaaS.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a consistent social media strategy across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (copy, graphics, short-form video) aligned with LatamCent’s brand voice
- Monitor and engage with followers, comments, and DMs to build community
- Track and report on key metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth, leads) on a weekly/monthly basis
- Stay current on platform trends, algorithm changes, and B2B content best practices
- Collaborate with internal teams to repurpose case studies, testimonials, and hiring insights into social content
- Run and optimize paid social campaigns when needed
Requirements:
- 3–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand or agency
- Proven track record of growing and engaging audiences across LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter/X, and TikTok
- Strong copywriting skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
- Proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or similar)
- Basic graphic design skills (Canva or Adobe tools)
- Experience with B2B, SaaS, or staffing/recruiting content is a strong plus
- Self-starter who can manage their own time and deadlines remotely
