Job Description
Investor Network Manager at Paires growing investor relationships with family offices and HNWIs. Pairing investors with live mandates and managing allocator relationships effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Grow the investor side of Paires
- Find the right family offices and HNWIs
- Earn the first conversation
- Match investors to live mandates
- Brief investors properly before meetings
- Keep your book warm through honest work
- Manage allocator relationships qualified and kept active
Requirements:
- Know how to earn an allocator's trust and have done it before
- Built that book yourself and can do it again
- Can contribute early
- Know direct deals
- Qualify honestly
- Treat discretion as a reflex
- Work like it's 2026
