Job Description

IT Procurement Specialist managing vendors, AP, IT assets, and cloud/SaaS finances for Social Discovery Group. Supporting globally distributed social connection products.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage procurement and vendors
  • Handle accounts payable and compliance
  • Perform finance and FinOps activities, including cloud and SaaS optimization
  • Manage IT assets and infrastructure
  • Manage the full IT/SaaS procurement cycle, including contract negotiation and vendor management
  • Conduct Plan vs. Actual analysis, OPEX/CAPEX management, and finance forecasting
  • Optimize cloud costs using AWS/GCP cost structures, Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging
  • Manage invoice processing workflows and 3-way matching
  • Track hardware lifecycles and manage IT inventory systems

Requirements:

  • Experience in the full procurement cycle
  • Experience negotiating contracts, including SLAs and pricing
  • IT/SaaS vendor management experience
  • Proficiency in Plan vs. Actual analysis
  • Experience with OPEX/CAPEX management and finance forecasting
  • Understanding of AWS/GCP cloud cost structures
  • Knowledge of Reserved Instances, Savings Plans, and cost allocation/tagging
  • Knowledge of invoice processing workflows and 3-way matching
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles
  • Experience tracking hardware lifecycles
  • Experience with inventory management systems
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including Pivot and VLOOKUP/Query
  • Proficiency in Jira/Confluence
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Russian proficiency C1+
  • English proficiency B2
