Job Description

Jr. AI Automation Engineer building and maintaining AI-driven workflows at Tort Experts. Working on automation processes that enhance marketing, operations, and client services with technology.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain AI-driven workflows using n8n or similar and custom Python logic
  • Design agentic systems that: Ingest data Make decisions Take actions across tools (CRM, Leadspedia, GCP, Slack, etc.)
  • Use LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini) for: Data validation QA automation Content analysis Decision logic
  • Automate QA processes for: Web forms Lead routing Client criteria enforcement
  • Integrate workflows with: Google Cloud BigQuery Cloud Functions MCP (Model Context Protocol) APIs and webhooks Internal tools and third-party platforms
  • Partner with Ops, Marketing, and Tech leaders to: Identify high-ROI automation opportunities Eliminate repetitive human work Document workflows and ensure reliability, monitoring, and error handling

Requirements:

  • 2+ years experience building automation or workflow systems
  • Strong experience with n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar tools
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs (ChatGPT, Gemini, or similar)
  • Solid Python skills for scripting, APIs, JSON and data handling
  • Experience working in cloud environments (Google Cloud preferred)
  • Ability to translate business processes into technical workflows
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Nice to Have: Experience with agentic frameworks or multi-step AI workflows
  • Familiarity with: CRM systems (Salesforce) Lead distribution platforms (Leadspedia) QA or data validation pipelines
  • Prior experience in: Lead generation Marketing operations Call center or intake workflows Compliance & Data Handling Must follow TCPA, HIPAA, and tort-specific data handling rules Responsible for protecting claimant PII and sensitive data All automation must meet internal compliance and security standards
