Job Description
Junior OSINT Investigator analyzing technical data and conducting online research to prevent software misuse for global software companies. Collaborating with experienced investigators in a flexible remote work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze technical data, including IP addresses and usage logs, to identify potential software misuse.
- Conduct deep-dive online research to verify corporate entities and track down accurate contact information.
- Maintain highly organized, up-to-date records within our CRM system.
- Compile your investigative findings into clear, easy-to-read reports for our stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with our experienced senior investigators to drive complex cases forward.
- Continuously learn and implement new investigative tools to optimize our internal processes.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 1 year of proven experience in research, data entry, customer support, or administrative work.
- Passion: A strong, demonstrable interest in digital investigations, OSINT, or cybersecurity.
- Communication: Highly comfortable communicating in English (reading, writing, and speaking) in a professional setting.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in navigating Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel.
- Traits: Exceptionally detail-oriented, highly organized, self-driven, and reliable in a 100% remote work environment.
- BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Prior exposure to SQL, CRM platforms, or advanced online data tools. A background in compliance, law enforcement, private investigation, or cybersecurity.
