Job Description
Junior Consultant focusing on digitalization in local government operations. Collaborating with teams to implement financial software solutions and optimize processes in public institutions.
Responsibilities:
- Drive digitalization and transformation for district, city and municipal administrations together with your project team
- Analyze and optimize processes related to our financial software and the adjacent specialist departments
- Provide process and organizational consulting in close collaboration with our clients and partners
- Deliver user training following software implementation
- Comprehensive, practice-oriented onboarding by a dedicated mentor, including seminars, webinars, qualified in‑house training and conferences
- A strong team culture and an independent area of responsibility
Requirements:
- Successfully completed degree in Business Informatics, Public Administration or Economics, or vocational training as an administrative specialist (m/f/d)
- Basic knowledge of accounting is desirable
- Passion for IT and enthusiasm for consulting
- Experience in project management (ideally gained through internships or working‑student positions)
- Desire for continuous professional development and lifelong learning
- Independent working style, strong self-motivation and organizational skills
- Willingness to travel regionally
- Excellent written and spoken German
