Job Description
Consultant assisting customers in purchasing new vehicles at Digital Drive. Responsible for qualifying leads and providing consultative support throughout the purchasing journey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultative support to customers interested in new (0 km) vehicles listed on the platform.
- Act as a consultant, answering questions about cars, trims/versions, and offers.
- Qualify leads and direct interested customers to the dealerships.
- Organize and manage a client portfolio, ensuring follow-up and progression through the purchasing journey.
- Record information and next steps in the system/CRM to maintain service history and organization.
Requirements:
- High school diploma.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (clear and concise).
- Advanced knowledge of the automotive sector (models, trims/versions, differentiators, and the new-vehicle market).
- Own laptop required.
