Job Description
Junior Data Analyst supporting business intelligence and reporting for VectorVMS. Collaborating with teams to create actionable reports and insights.
Responsibilities:
- Support the creation, maintenance, and improvement of business and product reporting
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Sisense
- Support and enhance existing Sisense data models
- Assist with reporting-related work in Microsoft SQL Server (queries, validation, troubleshooting)
- Develop and maintain Crystal Reports used for operational and business needs
- Analyze user behavior data (e.g., Microsoft Clarity)
- Summarize findings and suggest data-driven recommendations
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver clear, reliable outputs
- Help ensure reporting accuracy, consistency, and documentation.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst, reporting analyst, or BI support role (or equivalent hands-on experience)
- Experience creating reports or dashboards in at least one BI or reporting tool (e.g. Power BI, Tableau, Sisense, Crystal Reports, or similar)
- Basic understanding of data modeling concepts and how reports interact with source data
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
