Job Description

Job Coach junior accompagnant les carrières et la recherche d’emploi chez gaea21, think tank spécialisé en économie circulaire et verte. Création de CV, préparation aux entretiens et coordination RH.

Responsibilities:

  • Join the Coaching Department after a post-training period focused on work tools
  • Support the organization’s employees with career management
  • Analyze needs related to CVs and cover letters
  • Identify and implement skills development plans
  • Analyze skills, assess needs, and conduct skills assessments
  • Support the development of professional projects
  • Monitor active job-search techniques
  • Advise candidates throughout the entire job-search process
  • Restructure, create, and write traditional, visual, or innovative CVs and cover letters
  • Tailor CVs and cover letters to specific target audiences
  • Provide training and guidance on professional networking
  • Prepare candidates for recruitment interviews
  • Provide training in behavioral and communication techniques
  • Prepare candidates for presentations, elevator pitches, and workplace protocols
  • Collaborate with the Administration, Training, and Projects departments on administrative follow-up, training needs, employee projects, and skills

Requirements:

  • Education or training in Coaching, Human Resources, Public Administration, Humanities or Social Sciences, or at a business school
  • Proficiency in office productivity tools
  • Experience with Google Workspace is a plus, particularly Google Drive, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
  • Strong listening and analytical skills
  • Persuasive and diplomatic approach
  • Enjoys working as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • French proficiency at B2/C1 level or higher
  • Comfortable working remotely
  • Availability for at least two mandatory meetings per week via Microsoft Teams
  • Internship or volunteer assignment undertaken as part of a training, professional development, employment integration, career transition, or retraining program
  • Minimum commitment of 20%
