Job Description
Junior Security QA Analyst ensuring the quality of Information Security tasks in a cutting-edge e-commerce company. Collaboratively bridge development and security while focusing on AI knowledge systems.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the Information Security Team's tasks are completed to the expected quality standards and helps bridge the gap between development and security.
- Review closed tickets by the Information Security Team and ensure that they comply with the defined quality criteria.
- Review new and updated documentation from the Information Security Team and ensure it complies with the defined quality criteria.
- Review the Information Security Team KPIs and implement the defined corrective actions for those that are out of threshold.
- Work with the Information Security Project Manager on any project management support tasks.
- Provide constructive feedback, identify the root cause of the failure, help improve the process.
- Designing, implementing, and maintaining an Artificial Intelligence (AI) knowledge system that uses documented processes to provide consistent, on-demand guidance to the team.
- Propose improvements to achieve better quality and reduce overhead.
- Document new procedures or update existing ones.
- Ensure that documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and delivered on time.
- Creation of reports, some of which are based on the tickets.
- Keep track of tasks assigned to others.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and stay current with emerging threats and technologies.
Requirements:
- Have an on-going Bachelor's degree in computer science, telecommunications, or other related academic fields.
- Hands-on experience reviewing operational tickets and process documentation for quality, completeness, and adherence to established policies.
- Understanding of ticket lifecycle management and quality standards in IT teams.
- Hands-on experience building AI-powered knowledge assistants based on structured and unstructured process documentation.
- At least 1 year of work experience in similar roles.
- Excellent writing skills in both English and Spanish.
- Teamwork experience.
- Ability to work independently and as part of the Information Security Team, and can work under minimal supervision.
- Technical skills: Good networking and cybersecurity foundations will enable you to understand and use the tools we manage, and to confirm whether the documented resolutions are correct.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish (B2/C1).
