Job Description

Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch while ensuring compliance with platform policies. Collaborate with teams to improve moderation processes and contribute to reporting.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and moderate user-generated content in Dutch, ensuring it complies with community standards and platform policies.
  • Identify inappropriate or harmful content and take the necessary actions to address it, including escalation when needed.
  • Provide constructive feedback to improve content quality and user interaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously refine moderation processes and best practices.
  • Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and community standards.
  • Keep accurate documentation of moderation activities and contribute to regular reporting on the team’s performance.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Dutch speaker with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • B2 proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, with strong analytical skills to quickly identify issues.
  • Prior experience in content moderation, customer service, or a similar field is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a collaborative team setting.
  • Familiarity with online platforms, social media, and content creation trends.
