Job Description

Assistente Fiscal Júnior apoiando escrituração, apuração e obrigações acessórias na Nuvem Contábil. Executando rotinas fiscais remotamente para clientes do escritório contábil digital.

Responsibilities:

  • Importing and organizing tax documents and XML files
  • Reviewing incoming, outgoing, and service invoices
  • Supporting the analysis of CFOP, CST, CSOSN, and the nature of transactions
  • Performing tax bookkeeping and entries
  • Supporting tax calculations for companies under the Simples Nacional and Presumed Profit regimes
  • Preparing information for PGDAS-D, DEFIS, EFD-Contributions, SPED Fiscal, REINF, and DCTFWeb/MIT filings
  • Supporting the review of tax withholdings
  • Identifying and organizing outstanding client items
  • Issuing payment slips, tax clearance certificates, and conducting tax inquiries
  • Monitoring deadlines and tasks in Gclick
  • Organizing documents and supporting evidence in Drive
  • Supporting the Mid-Level Tax Analyst during monthly closings
  • Recording completed activities and flagging inconsistencies
  • Communicating internal outstanding items before deadlines
  • Supporting the analysis of tax discrepancies and regularization procedures
  • Monitoring updates to tax legislation applicable to clients’ routines
  • Recording information, outstanding items, and follow-up actions in Nuvem’s internal tools
  • Communicating risks, inconsistencies, delays, or the need for validation to the team and/or client
  • Providing support during audits, tax inspections, information-gathering activities, and tax information requests
  • Suggesting improvements, automation, and standardization of tax processes
  • Assisting colleagues with specific questions related to tax routines
  • Working collaboratively, in an organized and transparent manner within a remote model
  • Higher-impact tax decisions and risk situations must be validated by the Mid-Level Tax Analyst or the person responsible for the department

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing or have completed a degree in Accounting
  • Previous experience in a tax department, preferably at an accounting firm
  • Basic or intermediate knowledge of Simples Nacional and the Presumed Profit regime
  • Basic knowledge of ISS, ICMS, PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL, and concepts related to CBS and IBS
  • Knowledge of invoices and tax documents
  • Basic knowledge of CFOP, CST, and CSOSN
  • Basic knowledge of ancillary tax obligations
  • Comfortable using systems and digital tools
  • Organized approach to managing deadlines, outstanding items, and multiple demands
  • Attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Ability to follow processes, procedures, and checklists
  • Maturity to work remotely with discipline and progressively increasing autonomy
  • Practical experience at an accounting firm working with tax routines is assessed through knockout questions
  • Knowledge of or experience with Alterdata, SIEG, and Domínio is considered in the application questions
  • Experience with SPED Fiscal, the Actual Profit regime, the Presumed Profit regime, and Simples Nacional is considered in the application questions
