Job Description
Junior UX Designer creating user-centered digital experiences for a digital experience agency. Collaborating with a team to translate business goals into thoughtful solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, low and mid fidelity prototypes, and user flows under guidance from senior UX team members.
- Translate business requirements and user needs into clear interaction patterns.
- Collaborate with UI Designers to ensure seamless handoff from wireframes to visual design.
- Partner with CMS Producers and Developers to ensure UX intent is maintained through implementation.
- Contribute to IA development including sitemap creation and content hierarchy.
- Conduct QA reviews to ensure the final product aligns with UX strategy and usability best practices.
- Stay informed on emerging UX trends, digital marketing strategies, accessibility standards, and industry best practice.
Requirements:
- 1 to 3 years of UX, digital design, or related experience, internships included
- Proficiency in Figma
- Understanding of UX fundamentals including usability, accessibility, and responsive design
- Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping best practices
- Basic understanding of information architecture principles
- Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus
- Exposure to digital marketing ecosystems is a plus
- Agency experience preferred but not required.
