Job Description
Lead Product Designer focusing on blockchain-native products at Circle. Collaborate, design, and mentor in a flexible work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design workflows and interfaces for blockchain-native products
- Help users understand value flow, costs, and tradeoffs
- Partner with Product and Engineering leaders
- Identify repeatable models and abstractions
- Mentor other designers and raise the bar for product design
Requirements:
- 7+ years of product design experience
- Exposure to crypto, blockchain, or financial infrastructure products
- Excellent interaction and visual design skills
- Experience setting design direction and mentoring designers
- Ability to explain complex ideas and work effectively in a distributed environment
