Job Description
Lead UX UI Designer specializing in AI Interaction Models at OutSystems, translating business needs into user-centric designs. Collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior designers while driving strategic design initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with C-suite and senior stakeholders to translate complex business requirements
- Lead user research, business requirement gathering, ideation, and UX testing
- Define global rules for AI interactions and oversight models
- Drive the evolution of design practice by building agents and workflows
- Lead high-impact discovery and strategic alignment workshops
- Own the standards for Design Systems
Requirements:
- 8–10+ years in UX/UI Design
- Expert-level mastery of Figma
- Design System architecture
- Deep proficiency in Agentic UX patterns
- Conversational logic
- Designing for AI transparency/trust
- Expert negotiation and influence skills
- Advanced certifications in UX Strategy, AI-Human Interaction, or Service Design
