Job Description
Lead Cloud Security Engineer with cloud, linux, and automation security experience for WP Engine. Join a collaborative team to ensure security for popular sites.
Responsibilities:
- Help secure the platform that drives many of the world's most popular sites.
- Collaborate with internal partners.
- Influence, educate, and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Ensure customer data is protected from unauthorised access.
- Maintain high standards of security culture and practices.
Requirements:
- Solid understanding and demonstrated expertise managing cloud security controls and ensuring the security of cloud service offerings.
- 5+ years experience in a security engineering or related role.
- Experience securing Kubernetes and containersed workloads.
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and associated security validations.
- Strong Linux security experience.
- Experience handling security incidents and performing associated investigative activities.
- Advanced ability to communicate clearly and influence others as a domain expert for cloud security.
