Job Description
Lead overseeing the production of professional learning materials in a nonprofit environment. Managing project strategies while aligning with educational standards and funding requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production of core materials within critical service lines
- Ensure all deliverables align with state, district, and philanthropic funding requirements
- Manage independent production schedules and coordinate with internal stakeholders
- Provide the professional learning and feedback necessary for delivery team members
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced ability to design and deliver professional learning resources
- Proven ability to manage and execute a high-volume production queue
- Expert skill in identifying and resolving project challenges related to funder-specific requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in creating instructional facilitation guides and asynchronous training tools
- Proficient in communicating with clarity across diverse audiences
