Job Description
Lead QA engineer validating Inivos client data, dashboards, analytics, and AI-driven applications. Owning test strategy, automation, UAT, defect resolution, and go-live quality sign-off.
Responsibilities:
- Own QA activities across client implementations and provide final quality sign-off before go-live
- Define the test approach for every implementation, covering data onboarding, dashboards, and the AI-driven analytics experience
- Validate client data completeness and correct transformation from source systems through the reporting layer
- Reconcile platform business metrics against clients’ existing reports and resolve discrepancies before launch
- Verify AI-generated answers against client source data
- Build reusable automated data validation and reconciliation checks
- Plan and run user acceptance testing with client teams and consolidate findings into a prioritized action list
- Manage implementation defects through verified resolution with engineering and data teams
- Run regression checks after platform updates or client data changes
- Report implementation quality and go-live readiness to leadership and client stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of QA/Software Testing experience for Senior QA Engineer level, or 8+ years for Lead QA Engineer level
- Strong experience in software testing, test planning, and defect management
- Proficiency in SQL and data validation
- Experience testing data pipelines, dashboards, reports, and analytics platforms
- Experience with test automation and regression testing
- Experience with API and integration testing
- Experience planning and conducting UAT
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure
- Experience with AI-driven applications or analytics is an added advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
