Job Description
AI Trainer enhancing AI's understanding of Lean and Six Sigma principles through real-world scenario evaluation. Fully remote freelance role for Lean/Six Sigma Black Belt professionals in EU/UK.
Responsibilities:
- Review and refine AI-generated responses on Lean, Six Sigma, process improvement, operational excellence, and related topics
- Evaluate outputs for technical accuracy, methodological soundness, and real-world applicability
- Draft realistic business scenarios involving Lean transformations, Six Sigma projects, root cause analysis, waste reduction, process mapping, and continuous improvement
- Create scenario variations from perspectives such as Lean consultant, Black Belt project leader, process owner, executive sponsor, or frontline staff
- Identify gaps in reasoning, superficial application of methodologies, or misinterpretation of Lean/Six Sigma principles
Requirements:
- Certified Lean and/or Six Sigma Black Belt professionals (consultants, trainers, project leads, operational excellence managers, etc.)
- Based in the EU or UK
- Experienced in process improvement, root cause analysis, value stream mapping, and driving sustainable operational change
- Skilled at identifying weak process analysis, flawed improvement logic, or misapplication of Lean/Six Sigma tools
- Available for 8–20 hours per week, with the ability to start within weeks
