Job Description
Trainer:in at WBS TRAINING focusing on competency development in security education. Conducting lessons and supporting learners in their professional growth.
Responsibilities:
- Subject-related instruction from the home office in WBS LearnSpace 3D ®
- Application of various teaching methods for lesson design
- Preparation and design of lesson-related learning materials according to the curriculum
- Conducting assessments to measure competency gains
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training and/or degree in the security sector
- Qualification as a Specialist for Protection and Security (minimum requirement)
- Certificate of the IHK proficiency exam pursuant to § 34a GewO
- Professional experience in the security industry
- Experience as a trainer, instructor, or teacher would be an advantage
- Proof of pedagogical aptitude (e.g., trainer qualification according to AEVO)
- Methodical and didactic skills in delivering instructional content
- Independent, structured way of working with a high degree of personal responsibility
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in a team
