Job Description

Learning Program Manager aligning organizational learning strategies with business priorities. Leading end-to-end programs, performance consulting, stakeholder engagement, and measurable learning impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business leaders to understand strategic goals, organizational priorities, performance challenges, and capability needs
  • Translate business priorities into learning and performance strategies
  • Conduct performance diagnostics to identify capability gaps and root causes
  • Recommend targeted learning and non-training interventions
  • Align stakeholders on priorities, target skill areas, and expected outcomes
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of learning initiatives, including strategy and design, development, deployment, measurement, and optimization
  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the Learning & Development Center of Excellence
  • Ensure programs are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to objectives
  • Partner with instructional designers, subject matter experts, vendors, and facilitators
  • Oversee course development and maintain visibility across workstreams and stakeholders
  • Track and evaluate learning effectiveness using business metrics
  • Communicate performance outcomes, impact, and ROI to stakeholders
  • Lead check-ins, reviews, and business reviews to drive alignment and accountability
  • Promote adoption, engagement, continuous learning, and professional development across the organization
  • Stay current on learning trends, tools, and innovations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Organizational Development, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning and Development, Talent Development, performance consulting, or related roles
  • Proven experience leading and delivering complex learning programs end-to-end
  • Demonstrated experience consulting with business leaders on performance challenges
  • Proven ability to manage complex learning programs and cross-functional projects
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to analyze performance data and demonstrate learning impact
  • Flexibility to manage changing priorities and multiple initiatives
  • Knowledge of adult learning principles and change management practices
  • Experience with learning management systems and learning analytics is preferred
