Job Description

Turkish-speaking License Compliance Sales Representative helping Autodesk resolve software licensing violations. Negotiating settlements, audits, and commercial resolutions with customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Work through a large volume of license compliance leads and speak with customers to uncover compliance issues
  • Explain intellectual property or contractual violations, negotiate resolutions and timelines, and agree on commercial closure
  • Negotiate license compliance settlement values and purchase timelines directly with customers
  • Initiate warning letters or audit requests and guide customers through the audit process
  • Present audit findings and negotiate resolutions
  • Investigate License Compliance prospects using Autodesk analytics tools and databases
  • Engage CXO-level customers in compliance warning-letter or audit processes
  • Handle difficult messages, impassioned discussions, and negotiations concerning non-compliance
  • Track leads, opportunities, activities, and results in Salesforce.com
  • Forecast compliance sales using lead-tracking tools and Autodesk forecasting guidelines
  • Assist Value Added Resellers with quotes, proposals, order forms, and product information
  • Work with Territory Sales on cross-selling and up-selling
  • Maintain knowledge of Autodesk products, competitors, industry trends, and project delivery methods
  • Build collaborative relationships with territory sales teams and develop alternate proposals to resolve compliance issues

Requirements:

  • Turkish and English fluency required
  • At least 2 years of Inside Sales experience
  • Experience and comfort communicating and negotiating at executive level
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Critical thinking skills to apply Autodesk licensing rules to various customer software deployments
  • Ability to mitigate complex customer pushback regarding compliance situations
  • Understanding of software licensing models, license agreements and contracts
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.com and Siebel
  • I.T. knowledge is an advantage
  • Successful track record in a software sales role is a plus
  • Previous License Compliance experience is ideally preferred
