Job Description
Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing in-home therapy to patients with mental health concerns. Supporting individuals through therapy with a flexible work schedule option.
Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home therapy to patients struggling with depression, grief, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction related concerns
- Create a case load goal and schedule
