Job Description
Licensed Therapist delivering secure telehealth care to Maryland children, teens, young adults, and families. Providing evening and weekend therapy through Backpack Healthcare’s online behavioral healthcare platform.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct clinical intakes and develop individualized, trauma-informed treatment plans
- Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
- Collaborate with therapists, PMHNPs, psychiatrists, and interdisciplinary team members
- Support families through education and care coordination
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in the EHR
- Build meaningful therapeutic relationships with clients and families
- Deliver culturally responsive care
- Provide behavioral healthcare to children, teens, young adults, and families
Requirements:
- Active Maryland license: LGPC, LCPC, LMSW, or LCSW-C
- Experience working with children, adolescents, and families
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment
- Strong communication, documentation, and technology skills
- Commitment to trauma-informed and culturally responsive practice
- Peak-hour availability required: weekdays 3:00 PM–9:00 PM and weekends 8:00 AM–2:00 PM
- Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred
