Job Description
Associate Therapist providing remote outpatient telehealth care at Brave Health. Delivering therapy, assessments, and treatment planning for patients across the lifespan.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver therapy to patients across the lifespan, including adolescents ages 13–17
- Diagnose and treat mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- Develop treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals
- Provide approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day
- Complete clinical documentation concurrently during patient sessions
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Work a fixed Monday–Friday schedule from 10am–7pm or 11am–8pm EST
Requirements:
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English
- Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning skills
- Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Willingness to provide therapy to adolescents ages 13–17
- Approximately 30 patient-facing hours per week, typically seeing 6–8 patients per day
- Ability to complete clinical documentation concurrently/during patient sessions
- Active or associate therapist licensure or licensure application status as specified in the application
