Job Description
Licensed Insurance Agent retaining existing customers and selling insurance products for Matic’s digital insurance marketplace. Conducting renewals, endorsements, claims guidance, and cross-sales.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct renewal reviews, advise on insurance coverages, answer questions, and re-shop when requested
- Build rapport with clients over phone, email, and text
- Set and complete tasks with organized notes while following consistent processes
- Run the sales process with organized notes and follow-up tasks
- Provide quality-focused sales following call quality processes
- Clearly articulate Matic’s value proposition to clients
- Achieve sales targets for calls, cross-sales, and retention
- Sell additional insurance products and provide rewritten policies when applicable
- Process endorsements and guide policyholders on claims-related items
- Report to the Manager of Retention
Requirements:
- Must have active Personal Lines License in your resident state (Property and Casualty License Preferred)
- Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis now and in the future
- Position does not offer sponsorship
- Must be a self-starter with the desire to learn and grow
- Must not be adverse to a sales-driven mentality
- Excellent communication skills
