Job Description
Licensed therapist delivering Spanish-speaking outpatient telehealth care through Brave Health's mental health platform. Providing assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning for diverse patients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program
- Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan
- Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day
- Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions
- Develop treatment plans
- Conduct comprehensive assessments
- Partner with clients to achieve their goals
- Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when needed
Requirements:
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements
- Fluency in English; Spanish preferred
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
- Independent/full licensure in a state
- Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed
