Job Description
Licensed Therapist providing trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy to clients involved in personal injury cases. Fully remote role requiring Arizona license and clinical support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual therapy for clients involved in personal injury and workers’ compensation cases
- Develop and implement clinically appropriate treatment plans
- Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers including psychologists and neurorehabilitation specialists
- Deliver trauma-informed care tailored to injury-related psychological and cognitive conditions
- Provide occasional therapy services to adolescent clients (ages 7+)
- Maintain a structured, outcome-focused approach to short-term therapy (8–12 sessions per client)
Requirements:
- Active AZ LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Master’s degree in a related field
- Trauma-informed care experience
- 20–30 hours weekly availability
- Comfort with telehealth services
- Experience with adolescents (age 7+)
- Independent clinical practice experience
