Job Description
Licensed Therapist delivering evidence-based telehealth care for BlueSky Behavioral Health. Collaborating virtually with therapists, prescribers, and counselors to coordinate patient treatment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based telehealth mental health care
- Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients
- Collaborate actively in a team-based format
- Coordinate care between psychiatric and counselor providers
- Participate in regular staffing with collaborating prescribers at least monthly to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
- Build and manage a clinical caseload
- Provide services to patients in rural areas and other regions via telehealth
Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.
- Open to licensing in alternative states
- Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required
- Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
