Job Description
Licensed Therapist providing evidence-based telehealth mental healthcare through BlueSky. Collaborating with psychiatric and counselor providers in virtual clinical teams.
Responsibilities:
- Provide evidence-based mental health care as a licensed psychotherapist
- Practice autonomously in the best interest of patients
- Collaborate actively in a team-based format with psychiatric and counselor providers
- Coordinate care with collaborating prescribers
- Participate in at least monthly staffing with prescribers to discuss patient cases or clinical topics
- Conduct clinical work from home through telehealth
- Participate in virtual clinical team meetings
Requirements:
- Must be fully licensed as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or Ph.D.
- Open to licensing in alternative states
- Significant prior clinical experience as a clinical psychotherapist preferred but not required
- Experience with diverse populations such as LGBTQ+ and transgender community desired
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Organizational and time management skills
- Solid computer and basic technology skills
