Job Description
Independent life insurance agent helping Houston-area families secure protection coverage remotely. Building a personal client pipeline and book of business through inbound leads and commission-based sales.
Responsibilities:
- Connect with interested clients through the proprietary lead system
- Present life insurance and protection solutions tailored to each family's situation
- Follow the step-by-step system for consistent daily activity and follow-up
- Build and manage a pipeline of active clients and referrals
- Grow at your own pace, part-time or full-time
- Build a book of business and grow a team through the ownership and overrides model
Requirements:
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Experience in sales, real estate, finance, customer service, or another client-facing role
- Insurance experience is not required
- Coachable and willing to follow a proven system
- Ready to obtain a life insurance license if not already licensed
- Consistent daily activity and follow-up
- Willingness to work as an independent contractor on a 1099 commission-only basis
