Job Description
Remote life insurance sales representative serving warm inbound leads. Helping families review coverage, apply for protection, and complete underwriting.
Responsibilities:
- Contact warm leads to schedule appointments
- Help families review coverage options and apply for protection
- Support applications through underwriting until families are fully covered
- Serve approximately 3–5 families per week
- Participate in an online, work-from-home sales process using data-driven systems and warm inbound leads
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship required
- Life insurance license or willingness to obtain one
- Computer and phone to service clients
- Reliable internet connection
- Comfortable working independently in a performance-based environment
- Comfortable with 100% commission-based income
- Disciplined and accountable
- Honest and confident in communication
- Passionate about helping families make sound financial decisions
- Willing to grow into leadership over time
- Occasional travel may be required for in-person conferences and leadership events
