Job Description
Lift Repair Engineer repairing, diagnosing, and maintaining lifts across Luton and nearby sites. Stannah manufactures stairlifts, lifts, escalators, and homelifts and provides repair services.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and fault finding on lifts
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical issues
- Replace and upgrade components
- Attend breakdowns and support call-outs
- Return lifts to service safely and efficiently
- Complete site paperwork and keep records up to date
- Manage day-to-day work across Luton and surrounding areas
- Work across commercial, residential, and public sites
- Receive support from a local supervisor when needed
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Engineering or equivalent
- Experience working as a lift engineer in service/repair
- Full UK driving licence
- Comprehensive lift engineering background
- Appropriate right to work must be held
- Sponsorship is not available
